REPORT on episode
"Campagna elettorale"
Directed by Andrea Barzini
Friday, September 12, 2003

This morning the cast and crew are in Piazza Grande, very early, where it is very cold, to prepare the set...

...luckily, bit by bit, the sun arrives and the air begins to warm up! The cast and crew are almost ready to start filming.

The town of Gubbio is electing a new mayor. One of the candidates is Laura Respighi, played by Milena Miconi.

In one scene, the candidate introduces herself. The election has proved difficult and, for security reasons, the Carabinieri are present.

Another scene with Milena Miconi.

Terence arrives, and here he is talking to the director...

and then to work filming a typical scene with Marshall Cecchini in Piazza Grande

which leads into a scene with Don Matteo, the future mayor, a corporal, and Captain Anceschi. It seems that the Carabinieri do not wish to leave Laura in peace, but besides the attraction the Captain feels for the woman, there must be something else that worries him...

and finally, a wonderful photo of Terence with an actrice.
